3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing login data or allowing unauthorized access to your account is prohibited and may result in suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, modules, and materials on our platform are the exclusive intellectual property of GloupFinance Academy. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Copying, reselling, or republishing course content
  • Misrepresenting your identity during registration
  • Violating platform security or introducing harmful code
  • Engaging in fraud or exploiting the refund system

6. Payments & Subscriptions

All prices are displayed in USD or CAD. Payments are processed via secure gateways. You will gain access to paid content once your transaction is successfully completed.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for all eligible course purchases.

You may request a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content (including lessons, assessments, or downloads)
  • Your account is in good standing and not under investigation for abuse or misconduct

Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside these terms.

To request a refund, email support@codegloupssarypr.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used during purchase
  • Transaction ID or order number
  • Reason for refund request (optional, but helpful for product improvement)

Note: Refunds are not applicable to team licenses, downloadable content, or purchases made via third-party bundles.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms, suspicious behavior, or abuse of our systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

GloupFinance Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business revenue, data, or interruptions resulting from your use of our platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in its courts and jurisdiction.
